Each customer old or new receives a bi-monthly NEWSLETTER when they come in from Just a Bed of Roses. I love to talk to our customers on paper just in case we dont' have time or forget to tell them of something new going on here. I personally think it's a great marketing tool even though its a challenge to keep on writing one.
I really can't think of any shops that I have visited that do this, so it's original and that's what I strive to be. Always looking for ways to be set apart, well... I must as my shop is not any too big, so it has to be a bit unique!
