A new chapter...it's time

Time for a new life's chapter...and the one I have been on has been so much fun, thank you. thank you. and thank you!

Mr. PROPrietor is retiring soon from his "real" job and Mrs. PROPrietress THINKS she should do the same!
(after all I hate to see a man relaxing without ME!)

He is also due for another major back surgery...thus I need to put on my "nurse" outfit and do what they do.

It brings me to this discussion and time in our life where we need to slow down, in order to do so, it's time to sell the shop that we love and adore.

In case you know someone or you yourself is interested in becoming the new owner we are going to open the selling up to taking offers (that's where our real estate experience is coming in I suppose).

Here is how it goes:

The shop is 600 plus sq. ft. with a storage room and a wheelchair accessable restroom. The rent is an affordable $625.00 which now includes lawn care. The shop is over 100 years old, inside brick wall, industrial metal counter, gray paint and wooden floors. The giant Sycamores add charm and character to the area. Farmington is an up and growing town.

The shop was established 7 years ago...at first I thought oh this is too small when I peeked in the window, but I have come to love it's size. "Just right"
says Goldilocks!

This summer we added the vintage props with patina rentals...and went on a hunt out of state for some unique props for the photographer or your occasions.
(vintage weddings seems to be so popular and unique). We have always had an online presence and network with other "like" business'.

The shop will be available to take over sept. 2013 so in your offer be sure to know that will be of importance to us. What a great opportunity to go into business 4th quarter...the busiest time of the year.

Here is how we'd like to do this:
we are asking a base price of $15,000  that would include the awning, our email list, our commercial contacts, what worked what didnt, how to do a trade show buying and more.  The shop merchandise will be negotiable.

we feel the shop can completly change or someone could build upon it, so we are not necessarily selling the name, it's probably easier to have your own.

You will need to have a written offer to us no later than August 26th Monday 2013. If emailed: justabedofroses@hotmail you would want to call to
confirm that it's received.

For more information you may call: brenda 801-628-0890 and we would like you to respect that we would like only serious interested buyers to call.

I know we do.
To find some of the vendors a list is
on fleattitude blog on our blogs sidebar.

there should be all types of vintage paper.

Pretty sure there will be lots of stuff to fill your
Pinterest project needs...and more!
I am bringing over 100 probably over 200
pieces of vintage doilies, gunny bags $1.00 each
and nicer doilies
$5.00 each

neat crates are always abundant at flea markets,

I sure would love to find a roll or two of the
really old old wallpaper...

some SUMMER SHOW and TELL

Cabins are places where "eating" is the thing to do
Entertainment eating it's called.
If your longing for renting a cabin try:
get on their mailing list as they keep you updated
as to whats available and throw in details.
Only 19 mi. from Yellowstone.
They say early fall is wonderful there.

Best of show in Clinton by Jayna Rice.
she calls it "a canoe or two"
Jayna and her sense of humor!

Jayna was our altered neclace designer.
She moved on to Photography and goes on week-end
excursions with Jon Williams photography groups.
If you facebook friend Jayna Rice you will see her recent
"50 shades of green"
trip to Ireland
and week-end excusions through out Utah.
She has inspired me to bump that trip up on my
bucket list.
How could you not want to go after seeing
how she has captured Ireland.

She, her "sense of design" and her camera's
are the best combination.

The other end of town
(THAT'S IT'S NAME)
It's not open yet...can't wait.
This building make-over is being
re-created in a BIG way by Cory Johnson.
(owner of Old school body shop in west haven)

He is an avid runner and amazing artist of metal and junk.
Inside you will have your breath taken away...
it's unlike anything you have ever laid eyes on.
It's a restaurant...of a different kind, but
more on that later
location:
25th street Ogden
clear to the EAST END (by the mountain, you'll see it on the south side.
expect to be blown away.

This is cory, the one with the mousetail!
He is an AVID and I mean AVID runner.
I admire his get up and go, go go!

eat healthy when you can!

Not saying chinese food is that healthy...but if you are craving some...

We tried this new place out
it's located on the old highway (1900 w.)
Marriott-Slaterville right before the light.
Food was excellent, cool inside, clean, attractive
priced just right and made fresh.
You can always head up North to the fresh fruit stands
in perry and make it a little outing .
There's always Smith and Edwards close by.

and that's some summer show and tell

Now back to Farmington...
we are open today
11-5
